參加30畢業週年慶的理由

Dear Colleagues,

First of all, I have to pay my most sincere respect and appreciation for your intelligence, enthusiasm, and speed of response. No wonder I always feel I would have very tough time if I am trying to out-fox my NTU alumni and colleagues.

I am trying to present a different perspective regarding this union party. For me, what will be on the table may not be the top priority, since I always feel I am taking too much calorie anyway. After staying at medical university for a while, one learn that the intangible happiness may be far more crucial than the next bite in the mouth. Weight watching, according to my MD colleagues, should be at higher priority than deliciousness. In a half joking way, the reasons for me to attend the reunion are the following,

1丶延緩失智症 (I don’t usually remember what I ate last week, but I do remember people’s mood and jokes, especially from our 資深帥哥&辣妹)
2、已然台大或台灣之光 (So many of our colleagues (I mean you) have unusual achievements and experiences. Isn’t that great to share ?)
3丶想再見到您的老朋友現在如何 (Mmm.., you know what I meant on this one.)
4、炫耀當年豐功偉業 (I kind of knowing and looking forward to your stories.)
5丶向當年的師長感恩 (Well, after all we have to show some appreciation to the senior fellows, given the relatively poor social-economic status of Taiwan back then.)
6丶為40週年慶暖身 (I do look forward to meeting you all on this one.)
7、拍攝個人版＂回到未來＂(Just pretending we are still young, at least in mindset.)
8丶重修社團學分 (After reading the hot debates we are going through now, I am already retaking or re-experiencing this one again !)
9、打算在椰林大道摘椰子 (Anyone working in the insurance company can give me a policy discount, before I went up?)
10、到醉月湖看鴨子 (I was thinking of doing “Taida duck”, to compete with Peking duck.)
11、還沒在總區跳過舞 (Mmm, our 資深辣妹 still appear very hot…..)
