蕃茄炒蛋 vs. 烤雞
Peter,
I covered you for about two weeks by now. Again, let’s use up the ingredients left from last time.
蕃茄炒蛋
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes, diced.
- ½ tofu, diced.
- 4 eggs beaten.
- Green onion chopped.
- Pork, if you like, diced.
- For蕃茄炒蛋, you can mix ingredients :tomato + eggs are basic items. Pork, tofu, green onion or even mushrooms could be optional.
Cooking:
- TPWE, put in the eggs and cook it solid. The egg fragrance should come out already. Take it out.
- If you want to add pork, you want to cook the meat fully. TPWE, put in the pork and cooked fully.
- Then, put in the tomatoes, stir it, add in 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1 and 1/2 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR. It’s very funny that the sugar added will make this dish sweet and tasty. The tomato will be so delicious.
- When the tomatoes turn watery, add in the tofu to cook. When it’s about fine, drop the eggs in. Green onions as well.
- The eggs will absorb the tomato juice. After you stir it together, it’s should be done.Taste it to your flavor and scoop it up.
烤雞
Go to supermarket and get one roast chicken. Tear the chicken legs off. Eat legs and the parts for dinner.

雞肉三明治
Try to separate the breast meat from above and save it for your chicken breast sandwich. You only replace the ham or roast beef for the chicken sandwich.
青菜沙拉
And you can serve a plate of salad to go with the sandwich since you bought a head of lettuce last time. I usually will add in diced fruits or nuts to the salad. Fruits make salad pretty and tasty. You can squeeze some lemon or orange juice to your salad too.
