no more NTUEE:POL messages

Folks,

I have decided to filter out the political discussion email broadcast messages to our class ntuee80.   The messages are getting out of hand and are becoming like SPAM.   It not only annoys people, wastes our time and is in danger of preventing our classmates from receiving real meaningful communication among our classmates.   Broadcasting email storm is simply not a good media for discussion.   I will suggest them to use other media, like a group or the existing ntuee wide blog.
