Anyone who likes to attend our party is welcome. This party is open to whoever likes to meet their old friends. He or she does not have to be a graduate of private middle schools. The restaurant is located in the same parking space with Hyatt Hotel. The restaurant will validate our guests parking ticket that day. Our guests will need to get a ticket from the parking lot and the restaurant will stamp on it. The parking is free for our guests that day.

Hi, ladies,
I got more and more responses from our alumnae who is interested in attending our party-after-party. This is a very casual event. However besides fun, there is lot of work to do.
Attached please find the most updated list. I got an e mail from Li Ping Kung regarding there will be 10 people from Jin Hwa Middle School will join our party. All together our total head count is almost 80 persons. I probably need to ask the restaurant to give us a bigger and roomy space for such a big group.
More people, more work. Please, please double check the list and contact the one you know. The restaurant requests me to give them the roughly total participants one week before.
Since the payment I receive is much less than the participants I have on the list. Personally I have no problem to collect the money when they arrive. However there can not be a big difference between the actual participants and the number I give to the restaurant.
I do not have a team to work for me for the party-after-party. You are all my helpers.
I need all your help.
One more thing, next time when you send me a list please include their ID number. I checked them one by one till midnight. It makes me old and ugly when you see me next time. My husband thinks I am going to be out of my mind.

Hi,
It's getting close to our reunion and party-after-party. Attached is the most updated registration list of our party-after-party. There are more and more male alumnae of Da Hwa (大華)and Fu Xin (復興) to attend our party on this coming Sunday.
How about our male classmates of Zai Xin(再興)? Is there anyone can help us to send out our invitation? The male participants ask us whether we can invite more male alumnae. They don't want to be the minority in our party. Well, I have no source to help them. Maybe you can. I'll be happy to share my information with either one of you.

Kung, Shian-Ron (孔祥蓉)and I went to the restaurant and tasted the food last Saturday. It seems to us the food is excellent. Another good thing is I add deserts to our menu at no extra cost and the restaurant will provide several kind of deserts. I always think you can not end a good party without something sweet. Even though I know we need to watch our weight at our age.
The party is not only attractive but also delicious. The participants are more than 90 now. Let's see whether we can go to 100 this time. I do not think we are able to have a party like this again in the near future. Everyone in our committee are exhausted especially at our age. Please tell your friends to come to join us. Personally I don't think we can arrange such a reunion and get such a good deal again in the future.
